We are delighted to extend an invitation for participation in the 45th NOKCongress, set to take place at the Kuopio Music Centre from August 5th to 8th, 2024.
This event holds significant international importance, bringing together ophthalmologists to discuss various aspects, including presentations on the latest research developments in the realm of incurable blindness caused by eye diseases. Undoubtedly, this congress is a one-of-a-kind gathering.
The Nordic Congress of Ophthalmology, NOK, occurs biennially with the overarching aim of highlighting innovations in the diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases. It also seeks to enhance the organization of eye treatment within healthcare systems and establish a collaborative platform for Nordic ophthalmologists to foster education and progress.
Anticipated to draw approximately 1,000 attendees, the congress will officially commence with the opening ceremony on Tuesday, June 6th. We are pleased to inform you that the Mayor of Kuopio has expressed a positive response, albeit with some reservations, to address the participants during the ceremony.
